Andrea is the Marketing Director and responsible for developing and implementing a strategic marketing plan through a variety of initiatives and events. She joined the Grooms team in October of 2021 after a decade working in marketing, recruiting, and human resources at one of the largest companies in the trucking industry. She is passionate about brand awareness, social media, videography, and customer experience.

Andrea earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Missouri State University.

She is a mom to identical twin boys, and in her free time, she loves to hike and try new restaurants in the Springfield area. Favorite go-to restaurant in Springfield, MO? Would have to be Catrina’s Cantina or Haruno.
