The Third Floor Infill for Associated Electric Cooperative Inc. (AECI) was a project we were very happy to be a part of. For 60 years, Associated Electric has provided reliable, wholesale power generation and high-voltage transmission to our six transmission co-op member-owners. With a vision and passion to make the space a turning point of design and function for the Information Services team, this previous shell space really came to life. With the project completing in May 2020, AECI filled the need to combine a department that was previously spaced out among floors for a more productive, functional, and complete floor space plan. Working alongside the Architect and Design team at Sapp Design and AECI for the discovery phase and space planning for this project, was rewarding in itself. All furniture specification, interior design, and architecture by Sapp Design.
